Pumpkin gnocchi soup

Ingredients
- 50 g Pumpkin
- 30 g Flour
- a pinch Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 300 cc Kelp broth
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
- a pinch Salt
- 2 Japanese parsley
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Steam the pumpkin.
- Mix 1, flour, nutmeg, and salt, and form into an oval shape.
- Boil 2 in boiling water.
- Mix kelp broth with salt and white soy sauce. Add salt and love to taste.
- Put 3 in a bowl, pour in 4 and float Japanese parsley on top.
Notes
The beautiful yellow color of the pumpkin makes this gnocchi perfect for Halloween. Enjoy the glutinous texture!
