Sakura sushi in fried tofu
Fried tofu sushi is Japanese traditional sushi. It is sweet and savoury.
Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 2 C Rice
- 1 tbsp Cooked wine
- 1 piece Kelp
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 6 pieces Fried tofu
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 400 cc Broth
- 6 pieces Pickled sakura leaves
- 12 pieces Pickled sakura flowers
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash rice, then put kelp and add cooking wine and water and wait for an hour and half.
- Remove kelp and cook rice.
- Put cooked rice into a bowl and add vinegar, salt, and sugar.
- Cut fried tofu into half then open the inside and cook with broth, soy sauce, mirin, with love.
- Put 3 into 4 and decorate washed pickled Sakura flowers on top as shown above and serve.
