Edamame and ginger rice
Edamame is fresh beans. Edamame and ginger is good combination with rice.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 5 cm Kelp
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 100 g Edamame with pod
- 1/2 piece Ginger
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash rice and put it in water.
- Put kelp and salt in 1, then cook (take kelp out before boiling it.)
- Steam Edamame and take beans out
- Shred ginger.
- Mix cooked rice, 3, 4.and a lot of Love.
