Paprika sushi
Vegetable sushi is really healthy and good
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 2 C Rice
- 2 C Broth
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Sushi vinegar
- 75 cc Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 of each Paprika (3colors)
- 3 tbsp White soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Broth
Instructions
- Wash and soak rice in water for 1 and a half hour before cooking.
- Add broth, cooking wine, and salt and cook.
- When it is ready, put sushi vinegar and wait until it becomes cold.
- Cut paprika and remove seeds. Then boil until it is tender.
- Put 4 into cold water and skin off.
- Cut 4 as shown in the picture above.
- Boil 6 with white soy sauce and broth and wait until it becomes cool.
- Make rice balls from 3 and put 7 on it.
