Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 Kelp (5cm x 5cm)
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • amount of water in rice cooker Water
  • 1 bunch Rape blossoms
  • 1 piece Garlic
  • 20 g Bacon
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • a little Salt
  • a little Pepper   
  • 1 Egg
  • a lot Love       

Sushi vinegar

  • 4 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Cook rice with sake and kelp dashi.
  • Combine 1and sushi vinegar.
  • Cut rape blossoms into 4 cm pieces. Finely chop garlic, bacon and celery.
  • Put olive oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry over a flame.
  • When the aroma of 4 comes out, add rape blossoms,bacon, celery, and love, and stir-fry until wilted.
  • Season 5 with salt and pepper.
  • Combine 2 and 6.
  • Boil the eggs and separate the whites and the yolks.
  • Arrange 7on a serving dish and garnish the top with the lining of the whites and the yolks.

Notes

*How about Western-style chirashi-sushi in the season of rape blossoms? It is rich and delicious!
