Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 100 g chicken
  • 1/2 apple
  • 100 g onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 apple
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • A little pepper
  • 4 salted olive
  • A little red Japanese basil salt(Yukari)
  • A lot of love

Thinly fried eggs

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • A little salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp potato starch dissolved in water (1 tbsp potatostarch, 1 tbsp water)

Instructions

  • Wash rice and soak in water.
  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, chop onion, and fry in olive oil.
  • Cut apples into 1 cm cubes.
  • Add oyster sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper and olive oil to rice, add water and cook rice with 2 and 3.
  • Mix eggs, sugar and salt well, add potato starch water and make thinly fried eggs.
  • Cut out 4, decorate the top with 5, top with slices of salted olives and sprinkle with yukari

Notes

Pour the thinly fried egg over the rice to make a gorgeous omelet rice.
