Stylish Omelette Rice
Servings: 4 serves

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 100 g chicken
- 1/2 apple
- 100 g onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 apple
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 25 g olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- A little pepper
- 4 salted olive
- A little red Japanese basil salt(Yukari)
- A lot of love
Thinly fried eggs
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp sugar
- A little salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp potato starch dissolved in water (1 tbsp potatostarch, 1 tbsp water)
Instructions
- Wash rice and soak in water.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, chop onion, and fry in olive oil.
- Cut apples into 1 cm cubes.
- Add oyster sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper and olive oil to rice, add water and cook rice with 2 and 3.
- Mix eggs, sugar and salt well, add potato starch water and make thinly fried eggs.
- Cut out 4, decorate the top with 5, top with slices of salted olives and sprinkle with yukari
Notes
Pour the thinly fried egg over the rice to make a gorgeous omelet rice.
