Vegetable soup with rice
You use rice instead of white sauce to make thick soup.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Potato
- 800 cc Broth
- 60 g Rice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Miso
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Thin slice onion, cut potato into bite-size pieces
- Put olive oil, onion, potato, rice, and salt in order in a frying pan.
- When everything is tender, put pepper, and miso with love.
- Make soup from 3 with mixer.
- Pour 4 into soup cups, then put green leaves and serve.
