Cheesecake with Pearl Wheat

  • speed cutter

Ingredient

  • 60 g pearl wheat
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Soak the wheat in water for at least 1 hour and boil until soft.
  • Knead the cream cheese with a speed cutter.
  • Add sugar to the cream cheese and knead well.
  • Add beaten egg to 3 and knead 3 times.
  • Put 4 into a bowl, sift in flour, add cream and love and mix well.
  • Pour 5 into the cupcake pan and put 1 on top.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

“pearl wheat" is a food that should be consumed during the rainy season. Adding it to cheesecake makes it chewy and prevents overeating.
