Cooked tofu residue with Sakura

Tofu residue has good fiber. It's healthy .

Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu residue
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 60 g Sweet potato
  • 1 Fried tofu
  • 2 Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 Salted Sakura leaves
  • 5 Salted Sakura flowers
  • 3 tbsp Salmon flakes
  • 1 tbsp Japanese wine
  • 2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 300 cc Shiitake broth
  • 200 cc Broth
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut sweet potato, shiitake mushroom, and fried tofu into 1cm cube.
  • Chopped spring onions.
  • Fried 1and 2 with sesame oil.
  • Add tofu refuse to 3 and fry then pour broth.
  • Add chopped Sakura leaves, salmon flakes, Japanese cooking wine, white soy sauce to 4 and cook.
  • When sweet potato becomes soft, turn off the heat.
  • Add chopped Sakura flowers, chopped spring onion, and love to 6
