Ingredients

  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/4 Carrot
  • 1/4 Celery
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 400 cc Water
  • 300 cc Broth(vegetables)             
  • 2 tsp Chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp each Chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, coriander
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Thinly slice onion, carrot, celery and mushrooms,and finely chop coriander..
  • Warm brosh.
  • Add onion, carrot, celery and mushroom slices and cook until softened.
  • Add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and coriander to 3 and season with salt and love.
  • Add chopped coriander before serving.

Notes

*This is a very refreshing vegetable-rich soup. Feel the wind of Mexico.
