Strawberry scone has spring taste. It is sweet and tangy.
- 250 g Flour
- 25 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 50 g Butter
- 90 cc Milk
- 10 g Freeze dried strawberries
- A lot Love
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- Add butter to １and mix well.
- Add sugar, salt. freeze dried strawberries to 2 with love.
- Pour milk into 3.
- Extend 4 to 5cm thickness and die cut with scone shape die cutter.
- Put milk on 5 and bake it at 200℃ for 13min.
- Serve with strawberries jam and clotted cream.
