Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 60 g Butter
- 3 g Cherry leaf powder
- 160 g Soy milk yogurt
- a lot Love
- 3 tbsp Clotted cream
- 1 tbsp Cherry syrup
Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder and cherry leaf powder.
- Add butter to 1and mix until smooth.
- Add soy milk yogurt and love to 2(do not mix all at once).
- On a floured cutting board, then mold into scones.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20minutes.
Notes
The scones have a very nice cherry blossom aroma on their own, but if you dip them in a mixture of clotted cream and cherry blossom syrup, the spring aroma will be even more delicious!
