Sweet and sour pickled beans

Ingredients
- 100 g Boiled soybeans
- 1 Paprika
- 1/2 Celery
- 100 cc Vinegar
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 cc Water
- 1 Bay leaf
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut the paprika and celery into 1 cm cubes.
- Add the boiled soybeans to the vinegar, sugar,salt, and water with love and bring to a boil.
- Add 1 and bay leaf to 2.
Notes
*The addition of soybeans makes the vinegar dish much easier to eat. Vinegared soybeans are also good for weight loss. ©2022 Yuko Asano
