Mexican Tofu Salad with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 150 g Tofu
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 4 slices Lettuce
  • 6 Small tomatoes
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Cheese powder
  • to taste Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Lemon vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grated garlic
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Drain tofu and set aside. After that, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Remove seeds from avocado and cut into thin slices.Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces by hand. Finely chop mini-tomatoes and onion, and roughly chop coriander.
  • Mix lemon vinegar, olive oil, salt, and grated garlic.
  • Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and love to 3.
  • Arrange lettuce, avocado, tofu, and cheese powder on a plate and pour 4 on top.

Notes

*This salad is colorful and the grated garlic gives it a punch. The chunky texture of the tofu makes this side dish salad stand out!
