Chilled Barley Miso Soup

Ingredients
- 300 ml Dashi broth
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 2 Okra
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Barley miso
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Make dashi broth with kelp and bonito flakes. Add barley miso and adjust flavor. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Slice the cucumber into round and salt lightly.
- Thinly slice okra.
- Slice cherry tomatoes into rounds.
- Pour step 1 into bowls, then float in step 2, 3, 4, and love.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Notes
This chilled miso soup is perfect for summer. Eating it with summer vegetables helps expel excess body heat.
