Ingredients

  • 300 ml Dashi broth
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Okra
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Barley miso
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Make dashi broth with kelp and bonito flakes. Add barley miso and adjust flavor. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Slice the cucumber into round and salt lightly.
  • Thinly slice okra.
  • Slice cherry tomatoes into rounds.
  • Pour step 1 into bowls, then float in step 2, 3, 4, and love.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Notes

This chilled miso soup is perfect for summer. Eating it with summer vegetables helps expel excess body heat.
