Ingredients

  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 20 g Soybean flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 40 g Rapeseed oil
  • 40 cc Soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 50 g Sweet sake
  • 50 g Soy beans
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Sift together flour, rice flour, baking powder, and soybean flour.
  • Add salt and rapeseed oil to 1 and knead well.
  • When the mixture is smooth, add maple syrup, sweet sake, and love.
  • Add boiled soybeans to 3 and mix quickly, then add soy milk while watching.
  • Pour the mixture into a scone mold, and the dried soybeans on top, then bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

*These scones are rich in isoflavones. Serve with clotted cream and black bean paste.
