Butterfly Pea Rice Balls with Eyed Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 20 dried butterfly peas
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp white soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A lot love
- 20 black soybeans
- 5 g thin red pepper
Instructions
- Wash rice and soak in water
- Drain off some of the water from 1, add sake, white soy sauce, and salt, and re-control the water.
- Add dried butterfly peas and cook rice.
- Remove butterfly peas after cooking.
- Mix well and put black beans and thin red pepper on saran wrap, put 4 on top and form a circle.
- Rice balls with eyeballs are ready to eat.
