pumpkin and chestnut salad

Ingredients
- 120 g Pumpkin
- 15 g Chestnuts
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
- 50 cc Kelp broth
- 20 g Cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- a few Nuts
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut pumpkin into bite-sized pieces and steam.
- Peel chestnuts and boil in sake, white tamari and broth.
- Mix cream cheese, yogurt, honey, mayonnaise, half of nuts, and love.
- Mix 1, 2, and 3 well.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish with half of the nuts.
Notes
This is a very nice marriage of pumpkin, chestnuts, and nuts. Enjoy the very elegant taste.
