Sweet green beans soup

It is Japanese sweet. Green bean remove the extra heat in body.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Green beans
  • 4 cup Water
  • 6 cup Water
  • 200 g Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tsp Basil seeds
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cook green beans and 4 cup of water with a pressure pan until it boil, then discard all hot water.
  • Put another 6 cup of water into 4 and cook until it boil.
  • Turn off the fire of 2 and wait until it the pressure decrease.
  • Put sugar and salt into 3.
  • Mix basil seeds and water.
  • Put 3 into a bowl, then add 5 and serve.
