Fresh soybeans rice
Fresh soybean is good taste with rice. You can also use frozen soybeans.
Servings: 5 people
Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 20 g Dried small sardines
- 350 g Fresh soybeans
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Wash rice and wait for one hour and half in water
- Throw away the water of 1, then put salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, proper quantity of water and love into the rice bowl.
- Add dried small sardines to 2 and cook.
- Steam fresh soybeans with salt.
- Mix 3 and steamed fresh beans
