Fresh Wakame Rice for Curry

- Rice cooker
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice
- 80 g Fresh wakame
- 1 tbsp Sake
- Salt a little
- to taste White sesame seeds
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Rinse rice and soak in water for 1.5 hours
- Add sake and salt, then adjust water level
- Pour boiling water over fresh wakame, cut into bite-sized pieces, place on top of step 2, and cook in rice cooker
- Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top
Notes
Enjoy the unique flavor of fresh wakame. It goes well with curry soup
