Wakame Rice

Wakame Rice
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice
- 80 g wakame seaweed
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- A pinch salt
- to taste White sesame seeds
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Wash rice and soak in water for 1.5 hours.
- Drain off the water and add soy sauce, sake, mirin, and salt.
- Pour boiling water over raw wakame seaweed and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Put 3 on 2 and cook rice.
- Place the rice in a bowl and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
