This is sweet and sour dessert. It is good for warm day
- 200 g Coarse rice powder
- 40 g Sugar
- 250 g Hot water
- 50 cc Plum syrup
- 200 g Plum paste（White beans paste ＋marinated plum）
- a lot Love
- 12 Hydrangea leaf
- Mix coarse rice powder and sugar
- Mix syrup and hot water.
- Put 1 into 2 and wait for 10 min.
- Heat 3 for 5 min. in microwave and wait for 10 min.
- Mix white beans paste and plum syrup.
- Make 12 balls of 4 and 5.
- Wrap balls of 5 with balls of 4
- Put Hydrangea leaf on a plate and put 7 on it and serve.
