Stir-fried green peppers and small shrimp
Green pepper has a lot of vitamin A and C. They don' t break even if heated.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 4 Green peppers
- 5 g Small shrimp
- 1 tsp Lemon flavored salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut the peppers into matchstick-like strips
- Stir-fry the small shrimp without oil for a few minutes
- Remove the shrimp from the frying pan.
- Put sesame oil into the frying pan then stir fry 1 for a few minutes until the peppers become soft.
- Add lemon-flavored salt and love to 4.
- Add 3 to 5 and serve.
