- Rice cooker
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice
- 1 cup Red wine
- 2 cups Water
- 8 Salted roselle
- 5 per person Ginkgo nuts
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash rice, add red wine and water, and soak for 1.5hours.
- Boil the ginkgo nuts, peel them and fry them with salt.
- Finely chop the salt roselle.
- When 1 is cooked, mix with 3 and love.
- Cut out a plum shape and decorate the top with 2.
Notes
*You can enjoy the color and chewy texture of the rice cooked in red wine.How about decorating the top with ginkgo nuts that look like gold as a part of New years dishes?
