Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 2 cups Water
  • 8 Salted roselle
  • 5 per person Ginkgo nuts
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice, add red wine and water, and soak for 1.5hours.
  • Boil the ginkgo nuts, peel them and fry them with salt.
  • Finely chop the salt roselle.
  • When 1 is cooked, mix with 3 and love.
  • Cut out a plum shape and decorate the top with 2.

Notes

*You can enjoy the color and chewy texture of the rice cooked in red wine.How about decorating the top with ginkgo nuts that look like gold as a part of New years dishes?
