Ingredient

rice
a little
water

sake

tbsp
white soy sauce

tsp
salt

lotus root
2
salted roselle per person
A lot of love
Instructions
Wash rice and soak in water for 1hour and half.
Thin slice latus root.
Add sake, white soy sauce and salt to the rice and let it soak in water.
Add thin sliced lotus root to the rice and cook.
Serve one by one and put chopped salted roselle on top.
Notes
*Lotus root is a food that boosts the immune system. It also contains plenty of vitamin C.
