Celery and rice noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 300 ml soup stock (kelp, tuna or bonito flakes)
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 20 g rice noodle
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp white soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch pepper
- to taste thread chili pepper
- A lot love
Instructions
- Make soup stock with Kelp and dried tune or bonito flakes.
- Cut celery into bar rectangle.
- Heat the soup stock and add celery and rice noodle.
- Season with white say sauce, salt, pepper and love.
- Plate in a serving bowl and garnish with a few threads’ chili pepper.
Notes
Celery is an ideal ingredient for soup during the rainy season. Thread chili pepper is not hot, just decoration.
