Celery and rice noodle Soup

- 300 ml soup stock (kelp, tuna or bonito flakes)
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 20 g rice noodle
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp white soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch pepper
- to taste thread chili pepper
- A lot love
Make soup stock with Kelp and dried tune or bonito flakes.
Cut celery into bar rectangle.
Heat the soup stock and add celery and rice noodle.
Season with white say sauce, salt, pepper and love.
Plate in a serving bowl and garnish with a few threads’ chili pepper.
Celery is an ideal ingredient for soup during the rainy season. Thread chili pepper is not hot, just decoration.
