Celery and rice noodle Soup

Ingredient

  • 300 ml soup stock (kelp, tuna or bonito flakes)
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • 20 g rice noodle
  • 1 tsp sake
  • 1 tsp white soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • A pinch pepper
  • to taste thread chili pepper
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Make soup stock with Kelp and dried tune or bonito flakes.
  • Cut celery into bar rectangle.
  • Heat the soup stock and add celery and rice noodle.
  • Season with white say sauce, salt, pepper and love.
  • Plate in a serving bowl and garnish with a few threads’ chili pepper.

Notes

Celery is an ideal ingredient for soup during the rainy season. Thread chili pepper is not hot, just decoration.
