Fried Chicken(Karaage)

Ingredient

  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 2 tbsp garlic soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 30 g rice flour
  • 15 g potato starch
  • 500 ml rice oil
  • a lot of love

Instructions

  • Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  • Season the chicken with garlic, soy sauce,sake, ginger juice and love and rub well.
  • Coat the seasoned chicken with a mixture of rice flour and potato starch.
  • Pour rice oil into a frying pan and fry.
  • Sprinkle with curry salt (not included) or other seasonings to taste.

Notes

* Deep-frying with rice flour and potato starch mixture keeps the fried chicken crispy and light even after a long time.
It is also delicious with sakura salt, green tea salt, etc. depending on the season.
