Butterfly Pea Rice Balls with Eyed Eggs

Ingredient

  • 2 cups rice
  • 20 dried butterfly peas
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp white soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • A lot love
  • 20 black soybeans     
  • 5 g thin red pepper

Instructions

  • Wash rice and soak in water
  • Drain off some of the water from 1, add sake, white soy sauce, and salt, and re-control the water.
  • Add dried butterfly peas and cook rice.
  • Remove butterfly peas after cooking.
  • Mix well and put black beans and thin red pepper on saran wrap, put 4 on top and form a circle.
  • Rice balls with eyeballs are ready to eat.
