Grilled Scabbard fish with salt

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Scabbard fish
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut the scabbard fish into pieces.
- Soak the fish in salt and sake and let it sit for 10 minutes. Wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
- Make a slit in 2.
- Add salt and love to 3.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook 4 until browned.
- Turn the fish over and cook until browned.
