Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Scabbard fish
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut the scabbard fish into pieces.
  • Soak the fish in salt and sake and let it sit for 10 minutes. Wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
  • Make a slit in 2.
  • Add salt and love to 3.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook 4 until browned.
  • Turn the fish over and cook until browned.

*Grilled Scabbard fish is really beautiful and tasty.
