Cut the pumpkin into chunks and steam, then mash them.
Finely chop onion and microwave for 2 minutes, then grill in olive oil (not included).
Knead the ground beef and pork, 1, 2, soy sauce,sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil, potato starch and love.
Divide 3 into 4 equal portions, remove the air and fry in a pan with olive oil (not included in the quantity).
When both sides of 4 are browned and cooked, put cheese on top.
Place one by one on a plate, garnish the top with the steamed pumpkin reserved from step 1, and sprinkle salt on top.
