Focaccia with garden peas and green laver
Servings: 1 people
Ingredients
- 180 g Strong flour
- 2 g Dry yeast
- 2 g Salt
- 150 cc Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 Garden peas
- 5 g Green laver
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix flour, dry yeast, salt and water well and leave overnight (at least 6hour).
- Spread olive oil on the dough and roll it out.
- Boil garden peas and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Soak green laver in a small amount of water and season with mayonnaise and white soy sauce.
- Put 3, 4 and love on top of 2.
- Bake at 210℃ for 12 minutes.
Notes
Focaccia with a very nice smell of green laver is very appetizing!
