Focaccia with garden peas and green laver

  • 180 g Strong flour
  • 2 g Dry yeast
  • 2 g Salt
  • 150 cc Water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 Garden peas
  • 5 g Green laver
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp White soy sauce
  • a lot Love


  • Mix flour, dry yeast, salt and water well and leave overnight (at least 6hour).
  • Spread olive oil on the dough and roll it out.
  • Boil garden peas and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Soak green laver in a small amount of water and season with mayonnaise and white soy sauce.
  • Put 3, 4 and love on top of 2.
  • Bake at 210℃ for 12 minutes.


Focaccia with a very nice smell of green laver is very appetizing!
