Potato and sour Ume salads
Servings: 2 people
Cost: 200 yen
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sour Ume
- 1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- 2 green leaves
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin strips with a slicer.
- Boil 1 in salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Soak 2 in water and squeeze.
- Remove the seeds from the sour Ume and mix with mirin (sweet cooking sake).
- Mix 3 and 4 well and chill.
- Arrange the greens on top when serving.
Notes
This summer salad is a refreshing way to eat potatoes!
