Potato salad with beats
It is really beautiful color dish. Beat is one of super food. It is called "Blood transfusion drink".
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 1/2 Beats
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Japanese basil
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Steam potatoes and beats.
- Mash 1.
- Chop Japanese basil and rub with salt then wash.
- Mix 2, 3, mayonnaise, salt, and love.
- Make balls of 3cm size from 4.
- Put roasted sesame around 1/3 of 5.
- Put 2 of 5 and 1 of 6 on a plate (as shown in the picture above) and serve.
