Octopus with cucumber in Japanese style
Octopus, cucumber, lemon juice, and sesame oil are sharpen our appetite.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 150 g Boiled octopus
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Spring onion
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Cut octopus into bite-size pieces and pour hot water on it
- Cut cucumber into 2cm pieces.
- Mix salt, sugar, lemon juice, and sesame oil well.
- Chop spring onion.
- Mix 1.2.3.4 and Love, then cool them in the refrigerator.
