Stir-fried bamboo shoot and pickled mustard plant
Pickled mustard has potassium, fiber, and vitamin K. It is good for health.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 100 g Bamboo shoot
- 1/2 Pickled mustard plant
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Grilled sesame
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Boil bamboo shoot with hot pepper and rice bran.
- Thin slice 1
- Cut pickled mustard plant into fine stripes
- Stir-fry 2 and 3 with sesame oil.
- Put soy sauce, sugar, and love into 4.
- Put 5 into bowls.
- Put grilled sesame on 6 and serve.
