Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice
  •  amount of water Kelp soup stock
  • 5 Taro
  • 45 g Deep-fried tofu
  • 20 g Shimeji mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp White soy sauce   
  • 1 tbsp Sake(cooking wine)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  •  Wash rice and soak in kelp broth for 1.5 hours.
  • Peel taro and cut into round slices.
  • Cut deep-fried tofu into thin strips.
  • Reduce soup stock in 1. and add sake, white soy sauce, salt and love.
  •  Add 2, 3 and shimeji mushrooms to 4 and cook.

Notes

*Eating taro rice in the cold winter will make your body and mind warm.
It is full of potassium, which helps lower blood pressure. And it has less than half the calories of sweet potatoes, which is great!
