Cook Dried Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 piece Dried tofu
- 1 pack Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 pack Enoki mushrooms
- 1 piece Garlic
- 1 pack Potherb mustard
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp White soy sauce
- 150 ml Broth
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Soak dried tofu in hot water (60°C), then soak in water and wash.
- Cut shimeji mushrooms and enoki mushrooms into pieces.
- Cut potherb mustard into 2 cm pieces.
- Cut garlic into thin slices.
- Put sesame oil in a frying pan, add garlic and fry over heat to release its aroma.
- Add 1,2,and love to 5, add broth and white soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 3 to 6 and turn off the heat.
Notes
Dried tofu is good for rough skin. It is the perfect ingredient for summer damaged skin. Moreover, it is full of protein!
