Sesame Sweet soup

Ingredients
- 150 g roasted walnuts (without salt)
- 30 g black ground sesame
- 40 g sugar
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 400 ml soy milk
- 25 wolfberries
- 60 g rice flour(shiratamako)
- 75 g tofu
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Put walnuts, ground sesame and sugar in a speed cutter and make smooth.
- Add 1 to the soy milk, coconut milk mixture and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. (Be careful not to heat too much or the soy milk will separate.)
- Mix rice flour and tofu together well and make into4g balls.
- Put the balls in boiling water, and after 1 minute when the dumplings float to the surface, remove them from the water and place them in ice water.
- Pour 2 into a bowl, add the dumplings and garnish with wolfberries on top.
Notes
*Sesame seeds, with their antioxidant properties, also regulate the intestinal environment.
It is especially good for people in their 40s and older. In summer, it is delicious chilled.
