Rice-flour blueberry scones

Ingredients
- 250 g rice flour
- 15 g almond powder
- 6 g baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 70 g soy milk yogurt
- 50 ml soy milk
- 70 g blueberries (reserve 12 for garnish)
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Sift rice flour, almond powder and baking powder.
- Mix salt, sugar, eggs, soy yogurt and soy milk (do not add all of it).
- Mix 1 and 2 well. (Add milk checking the consistency of the dough)
- When 3 is well mixed, mix in blueberries. (reserve some for garnish)
- Cut out scone shape with a scone cutter.
- Decorate the top with blueberries and brush with milk.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
