Sift rice flour, almond powder and baking powder.
Mix salt, sugar, eggs, soy yogurt and soy milk (do not add all of it).
Mix 1 and 2 well. (Add milk checking the consistency of the dough)
When 3 is well mixed, mix in blueberries. (reserve some for garnish)
Cut out scone shape with a scone cutter.
Decorate the top with blueberries and brush with milk.
Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
