Curry-Flavored Sautéed Horse Mackerel

Ingredients
- 2 fillets Horse mackerel
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 4 tbsp Rice flour
- 2 tbsp Potato starch
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- a lot Love
- 2 Cucumber
Instructions
- Fillet the horse mackerel into three pieces (the middle bone makes fish crackers)
- Season the fish from step 1 with salt, curry powder, and love
- Coat the seasoned fish with a mixture of rice flour and potato starch, then fry in olive oil until crispy
- Thinly slice the cucumbers, salt them, and enjoy alongside the fish
Notes
When horse mackerel is in season, simple preparation is best. Perfect for summer.
