Mung beans’ sweet soup with banana dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mung bean
  • 2 cupsr Water
  • 50 g Sugar
  • a little Salt
  • 80 g Rice flour for dumpling
  • 1 Banana
  • 75 g Tofu
  • 25 cc Milk
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of water (not included in the quantity) to mung beans and bring to a boil, then drain off the water (remove the scum).
  • Add 2 cups of water to 1 and bring to pressure.
  • Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and let stand until the pressure drops.
  • Add sugar and salt to 3 and season to taste.
  • Add bananas to rice flour.
  • Add tofu to 5 and mix well.
  • Roll 6 into a ball of appropriate size and boil. (1minute after rising to the surface)
  • Put 4 in a bowl, mix with milk to desired consistency, and place 7 on top.

Notes

Bananas are a food that cools the body and also replenishes energy. It is perfect for a tired summer body. Mung beans also cool the core of the body and should be eaten daily in summer.
