Lilly Bulb’s steamed egg

This is really soft steamed dish. Steamed lily bulb is a soft and flaky texture.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lily bulbs
  • 2 Japanese basil
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 cc Kelp and bonito broth
  • 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash lily bulbs well and separate every pieces.
  • Steam 1 a little.
  • Mix beaten egg and broth, then add seasoning and love.
  • Put 2 into bowls and pour 3.
  • Put Japanese basil on top and steam over medium heat for 15 min.
