Spanish mackerel with pumpkin

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Spanish mackerel
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 90 g Pumpkin
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp White soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Cooking wine
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Put cooking wine and salt around Spanish mackerel.
  • Steam pumpkin.
  • Thin slice ginger.
  • Boil 2, 3, white soy sauce, and cooking wine with love.
  • Grill 1 on a frying pan.
  • Put 5 on plates with 4, then serve.

*Spanish mackerel with taste good with pumpkin.
