Fish boiled with soysauce

Boiled fish is one of Japanese traditional dishes. It goes well with rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Fish (white meat) 
  • 1 C Water
  • 1/3 C Cooking wine
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Mirin
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Leek
  • 10 g Ginger
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut fish into suitable-size pieces.
  • Put 1 into 50℃ hot water for a few min.
  • Put cooking wine, water, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sliced ginger, and love in a pan and heat it.
  • Add 1 to 3 and boil at medium heat
  • When it comes to boil, add the leek cut into 2cm lengths
