Instructions
- Melt cheese in a frying pan
- Finely chop the Jew’s mallow(molokheiya).
- Place 2 on top of 1.
- Grill until crispy.

This is an unusual way to eat crispy Jew’s mallow( molokheiya). You can eat it like a snack.
