Ingredients
- 6 Malabar Spinach
- 4 pieces Japanese Shallot
- 2 pieces Pickled ume
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- A lot love
Instructions
- Boil marabar spinach and cut into strips
- Cut Japanese shallot into strips
- Remove seeds from dried plum and finely chop.
- Mix 1, 2, 3 and love well and place on a serving dish
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on 4
