Ingredients

  • 6 Malabar Spinach
  • 4 pieces Japanese Shallot
  • 2 pieces Pickled ume
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Boil marabar spinach and cut into strips
  • Cut Japanese shallot into strips
  • Remove seeds from dried plum and finely chop.
  • Mix 1, 2, 3 and love well and place on a serving dish
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on 4

Notes

marabar spinach is high in nutrients such as vitamin A (improves immunity)/C (for beautiful skin), calcium, potassium (reduces swelling), and iron, and is expected to have various health benefits.
