Chinese cabbage salad

You feel that Chinese leaves is so sweet. Yuzu and Chinese leaves are good combination.

Ingredients

  • 75 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1/2 Yuzu skin
  • 1/2 Yuzu juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut Chinese cabbage
  • Thin cut Yuzu skin.
  • Mix Yuzu juice with 1,2,and love.
